Yes. Our hour-based model makes this straightforward, if marks drop in a subject, or your child wants to add or drop a subject, we reallocate hours within the existing plan. No additional package, no penalty. You can also adjust the number of classes per week at any time.

Yes. If you are not available at the scheduled time, please inform your mentor or our support team at least 3 hours before the class. We will reschedule it based on the teacher's available slots. You are never charged for a class that did not happen.

Yes. The teacher who takes your child's demo class is the same teacher who continues after admission, through the full academic year. If at any point the teacher-child fit is not right, we arrange a change. But the intention is always continuity: one teacher who knows exactly where your child is, chapter by chapter.

Your personal mentor sends a monthly progress report showing what was covered, how assessments went, and where the marks stand relative to the target. The day-by-day roadmap is visible on the platform, you can check at any time which chapter was covered on any day. If anything needs attention, the mentor contacts you directly, you do not have to chase.

This is actually where one-to-one tuition is strongest. In a group, shy students go an entire class without raising a doubt, the teacher never knows. Here, the teacher asks your child directly: every problem is worked through together, not explained to a room. Yes, strictly one student per class, always. We do not offer group classes. This is the foundation of everything else: the teacher's full attention, the personalised plan, the answer-writing training, the doubt clearing, none of it works if there is more than one student in the room.
