All teachers are postgraduate subject specialists (MSc and above). They complete a 2-month training programme before teaching their first class, are trained in the specific board's textbook and exam pattern, and their classes are recorded and continuously reviewed. Only teachers who consistently perform well continue in the programme.

Yes. The teacher from the free demo is the teacher who continues, the same person, every class, for the full year. If for any reason (teacher-child chemistry, style mismatch) you want a change, you can request one at any point. We make the change and a new demo is arranged.

This is one of the strongest arguments for one-to-one at Class 5. With no classmates watching, there's no social embarrassment in asking something "basic." More importantly, in a one-to-one class the teacher asks your child questions, so gaps can't stay hidden. Your child's personal mentor sends a monthly written progress report, showing marks chapter by chapter, what was covered, where gaps were addressed, and the distance to the target closing. Chapter tests happen after every topic. You can also observe any class directly; many parents sit in, especially in the early weeks.

Yes, most Class 5 families start with Maths (the most common single-subject rescue), see how the class goes, and add Hindi, English, or another subject once they're comfortable. Hours purchased can also be transferred between subjects if priorities change mid-year.
