Yes, always. The teacher you meet in the free demo is the teacher who takes all regular classes, right through to the board exam. We do not reassign teachers or rotate between different instructors. This is a core commitment because UAE families raised the teacher-continuity concern repeatedly: a new teacher mid-year means starting from scratch on understanding your child's specific gaps.

If you discontinue within one month of starting classes, we refund the remaining balance after deducting the cost of classes already attended at standard rates, plus a ₹500 administrative fee. Always. There is exactly one student per class, your child. No batches, no groups, no other students sharing the teacher's attention. The teacher's full 60 minutes of every hour are spent entirely on your child's questions, gaps, and progress. This is non-negotiable and will not change for price negotiations or scheduling convenience.

Yes. We teach from your child's school edition, not a generic version. UAE CBSE schools often use different publishers' editions than schools in India, and sometimes receive out-of-syllabus or out-of-textbook questions in their exams. Our teachers are briefed on this before classes begin. If your child's school uses a specific author's edition of the CBSE textbook, let us know in the admission call and we will match accordingly.

Yes. Classes can be recorded manually during the session, and the saved video goes directly to the device. Your child can revisit any class for revision before exams. This is an optional feature, not automatic for every class, the recording is started intentionally when needed. Recordings are not stored in the cloud; they save to the local device for full privacy and control.

Yes. EMI-based admission is available. Loan processing charges during enrolment are covered by Angle Tuition, you do not pay extra for the EMI facility. In the event of cancellation or refund, any financing or interest charges applied by the lending partner during loan closure may be deducted from the refundable amount. Yes. You can buy a block of hours and distribute them across subjects, Maths, Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology), English, Hindi, Social Science, and more. Each subject runs its own schedule with its own specialist teacher. Many UAE families start with Maths and add Science mid-term, or buy a 50-hour block and split it as needed across the subjects their child needs most. Talk to the mentor about the best split for your child's priorities.

Your personal mentor sends a monthly progress report, via WhatsApp, covering marks movement, chapters completed, pending chapters, and any adjustments to the plan. You can also message the mentor directly on WhatsApp at any time. If something isn't working, the mentor adjusts the study plan, you don't need to wait for the monthly report to flag an issue. This is specifically designed for parents who are working long shifts and can't check in on homework daily.
