Yes. Hours in any package can be freely split across subjects. Buy 50 hours and use 20 for Maths, 20 for Physics and 10 for English, or change the split anytime. You can also switch subjects mid-plan without buying a new package. A separate specialist teacher is assigned per subject if needed.

Every class is one teacher, one student, one full hour. No batches, no small groups, no sharing of the teacher's attention. This is a structural commitment, not a marketing claim, it's the reason the same teacher can adapt pacing, language and method to your child specifically.

Yes. The teacher who runs your child's free demo class is the teacher who continues taking their regular classes. We hear this concern often: "demo classes were good but the subsequent ones were different." That doesn't happen here. If for any reason you want a teacher change after starting, you request it, no friction, no restart fee.

Yes. Classes run 7 AM, 11 PM IST (8:30 AM, 12:30 AM GST). Friday, Saturday UAE weekend slots are fully available. We schedule around UAE school exam calendars, Ramzan/Iftar timings, and public holidays. Every scheduling message includes both IST and GST so there's no time-zone confusion.

Yes. This is one of the most common situations among our UAE students. We run a structured diagnostic before the first paid class to identify exactly where the transition gap sits, whether it's a content gap, a teaching-style gap, or a question-format gap specific to Cambridge or Edexcel. The gap-bridging track runs in parallel with current school content so your child doesn't fall behind.

If you discontinue within one month of starting classes, we refund the remaining balance after deducting the cost of attended classes (calculated at standard rates) plus a ₹500 administrative fee. No refund is provided for withdrawals after one month from the start date. The demo itself is free, no payment required before or during the demo.

Yes. Past-paper practice is built into every IGCSE plan from mid-year onwards. If your child is already in revision mode and all chapters are complete, we can go straight to a past-paper-only format, timed practice, Cambridge/Edexcel marking scheme review, and feedback on answer quality and time management.

A dedicated mentor (separate from the teacher) tracks your child's progress chapter by chapter and sends you a WhatsApp progress summary every month. You don't need to ask. If your child's attention drops during a class, the teacher flags it and the mentor informs you. You can also optionally record any class session and save it to your device for later review.
